Unexpected increase on bill

Hi

I've just checked my payments and seen that an extra £10 is being taken out of my account. I haven't ordered anything new so why has this happened?

Hi @Nezzac,

I suspect that the additional charge relates to this.

I would have expected the above to even out your past and future discounts but it seems like it's erroneously generated an additional cost instead.

Given that this process will only take place once, I've raised a complaint ticket for you here with a resolution.
