Can someone check why I received three emails from Plusnet on Friday evening, each promising compensation for a missed engineer visit? The thing is, I've not been expecting an engineer visit.
It may be a coincidence, but my full fibre service stopping working on Saturday and I'm wondering if the two are related due to a mix up.

From what I can see this is sorted now and you're back online
With regards to the compensation side of things I've flagged this to the relevant people to look into
As of the 1st of January 2026, I no longer work in Plusne,t so I'll be unable to assist you with any queries.
