Unexpected additions on bill.

Hi, I have an 18-month Unlimited Fibre contract which runs out in January 2020. This month my bill has gone up by £3.50. The bill shows an additional £1.90 line rental charge and an additional £1.60 Unlimited Fibre charge. I've been with Plusnet around 7 years and they always notify me prior to any bill changes and the changes are usually very low amounts. Any help on this would be appreciated, thanks.
