Unexpected Increase On Decembers Bill (Fibre & HomePhone)

Hi Plusnet,

 

I'm in a 12 month fixed price contract for fibre and homephone - I've just been made aware that Decembers bill has an unexpected increase of £7.44 this month. 🙃

 

Having compared previous bills from September, October and November, it would appear that the agreed discounts haven't been applied fully to my fibre and homephone packages for some reason? 🤔

 

Could someone look into this for me please and advise?

No contract is fixed price - they are all subject to CPI+3.9% annual increases.

Have you checked to see if there are phone call charges on the bills?

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

The CPI plus 3.9% increase was in March and my monthly bill increased by just under £2 then. My bills have been the same price each month since then until my latest bill yesterday where it’s increased by £7.44.

Yes I’ve checked that there are no phone call charges on the bills. It shows zero.

I’ve compared the previous 3 bills and I can see that the discounts on my fibre and home phone haven’t been applied in full for some reason.

I'm sorry for the confusion on the bill, you are absolutely correct something is wrong there and I have looked into this as well as resolved it here
