Unanswered Questions on My Account

After a couple of telephone calls to the Customer Options Team I have unanswered questions on my account (they were added by the COT after each call) but they've not been answered or responded to after 7days. Should I add a comment to the questions or call the COT again to see if there's a problem?

Call again otherwise it will send the tickets to the back of the queue
A thought - do the tickets say - awaiting customer response. If so you should respond

Oldjim, thanks for the reply. They are both marked as "Awaiting Support Team Answer", will call later and see if there's a problem.
