Unable to view reneal options

when I try and look at my renewal options I get a message "You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress" on account page. Not sure why this message is on my account as I'm unaware of any changes?

Tried contacting Plusnet via phone - "too busy please call back later", Twitter - no answer in 2 months - facebook.

And chat seems to no longer be working

Any further idea of how I get this sorted?
