Further to above I should have added that having chosen to View my Bills it does for a brief second show the 'Loading' indicator but that is all - nothing does infact download.

@nosnehm I am sorry to hear this. Whilst they're working on it, I'm happy to keep monitoring your account on a personal basis and manually emailing your bills until we've been able to fix this for you. I hope this is agreeable for you. I will raise it on your account shortly.
