I'm sorry to see that the black bar is still covering things when you go on to the member centre. I've checked your account and have been unable to determine the cause of this. I've refreshed the member centre component on your account to try and resolve the problem. Please allow four hours for this to go through and let us know if the issue persists after that.

@Mook  What isn't right?  It looks a bit odd but can you view the ticket?

@EmilyD Whatever you have done hasn't worked I'm afraid. But whatever this issue is it's not just Firefox that suffers from it. Using either Safari 13.1.1 or Firefox 77.0.1 on macOS Catalina 10.15.5 I see the footer impedes the content.

@RealAleMadrid The black banner shown in the image shouldn't be there, it should, I think, be in a fixed position at the bottom of the page. I can view the ticket but to me seeing what I do implies that something isn't right with the page.
