When I enter my account it says:
" An error has occurred
You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress."
If I click on Billing the response is:
" Something's gone wrong..
Sorry, there's been a problem, but we're working hard to fix it.
Try refreshing the page, but if that doesn't work please contact us"
I've been with Plusnet almost forever & am out of contract.
