Unable to view bills and call details.

All I get is this message,  There has been an issue; please consult your system administrator.

Hope some one at Plusnet can help with this I have had chat on line this afternoon but they could not help. I see looking on this forum this is not a new problem. Quite a few  of the same comments.so come on Plusnet HELP!

I am sorry that this is happening for you, as you mention you are not the only person who has had issues.

We have found a large number of customers have been able to access the information by following the steps below:

- Firstly try clearing the cookies and cache for your web browser
- Try using an alternative web browser and see if this resolves the problem
- Try using a different device to access the site and see if this resolves the issue.
