I have been on "Plusnet Unlimited" for quite a while. I am considering upgrading (or leaving), however my account has a message "you cannot make any changes whilst there is a phone order in progress". This will not therefore let me pook at "Perks" or "Upgrades" etc.
On a second note, I get my TV often says I am not connected to the broadband (when I am), not sure if the "router" also needs an upgrade.
Is it possible someone in PlusNet could look into these issues for me please.
