Unable to send PM to Gandalf regarding bereavement

Hello,

I've read on here that Gandalf might be the best person to contact regarding bereavement but unfortunately am unable to send a PM because I've only just set up this community account to try resolve this issue. Can someone on staff please elevate my community account so that I may get in touch with Gandalf?

Sorry to hear of your loss.

When it happened to me, Gandalf didn't deal with it but the staff member who did (I remember who you are!) was very helpful. So Gandalf is not the only person who can help.

Just wanted to let you know this and hope it goes as well as it can for yourself.
