In the Broadband Speeds help topic under the "How do I check my Minimum Guaranteed Access Line Speed?" heading it says that that if the connection was ordered after 31st May 2017, the information should be available at https://www.plus.net/my.html?s=0&action=refresh_browser
Although I did order my ADSL line after that, I can't see this information. Do I not have a Minimum Access Speed for my account?

Sorry that the support article points to a page it thinks you can view your minimum guaranteed access line speed online but can't. I've replicated this using one of my own accounts, so I've raised this internally for further investigation.
I've created a support ticket https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=view_question&id=187367299 on to your account with what your MGALS is, though I'd like to also note that for fault related matters we'd always firstly go by your estimates of between 11mbps and 15mbps so if your speeds drop below them I'd raise a fault at http://faults.plus.net
