Unable to review LRS

Hi

 

I am unable to renew Line Rental Saver due to signing up for a new Broadband contract, as per other posts.

I had asked when signing up if I should have ordered LRS before or after the contract sign up and was told it didn't mater either way;

Me: should I sign up for LRS first ?
PlusNet CS: As long as you do that before the line rental saver before your next month bill it will be fine.

However my new contract starts 26/10 and my LRS expires 25/10.

If I don't sign up for LRS until the 26/10 will I lose the legacy free evening and weekend calls on my package?

I'm sorry to see you're unable to renew line rental saver until your contract renewal has gone through. You shouldn't lose your legacy free evening and weekends call plan as that should stay on your account still. If there are any issues when you do renew line rental saver, feel free to let us know and I'm sure we'd be able to find a suitable workaround.
