Unable to renew my current Line Rental Saver

Hi.

I've had my Email reminding me that my Line Rental Saver is due for renewal will expire on 24/05/2020 but find no way to renew it. I have been on link at offers and updates only for it to confirm I have Signed up for Line rental saver but no way to renew it. would appreciate any help with amending this so I can make payment and extend this Line Rental Saver,

I Have also tried to contact Plusnet via phone to no avail (made 1 X 30 and 2 X 15 minute calls)

Hi there, you should be able to do it online as of tomorrow. If not, please speak with our Customer Options Team. They are contactable directly on 0800 013 2632 and they are open between the following hours:

Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 20:00
Saturday: 09:00 - 19:00
Sunday: 09:00 - 18:00
