Unable to renew contract

Hi, I have tried to renew my fixed term contract but am unable to do so due to the message..."

As far as I'm aware, I have no order pending.

Please would you be so kind as to fix this as I really don't want to go through the process of changing provider. Mind you BT are offering a very good deal at the moment 😉
