After receiving an email advising a price rise in October, I've been trying to renew my contract to take advantage of a cheaper deal for 18 months, as per a link in the email.
I've been trying for over a week now and I am just going 'round and around in circles as the website won't let me renew - it keeps asking me to log into the Members centre - even though I am already logged in - then presents me with another link to an even cheaper deal. The result of clicking on this link? A request to log back into the Members Centre!
Nobody answers the phones and there's no chat or emai, so this is my last resort.
Any help would be appreciated.
