Unable to renew Line Rental Saver

Hi. I recently renewed my contract via the online chat, and was told I could pay for the Line Rental Saver option via the Add-ons option on my accounts page. However I have tried several times and the option has still not appeared, in addition the link in the renewal email I received also does not work. Can you please sort this out before my new direct debit starts next week, so that I do not end up being charged the full monthly rate.

I had a long onlie text chat with Plusnet yesterday to resolve an account query. At the end they told me they could not take a payment over the chat facility so please pay the line rental saver £197.88 either by calling in or online via the Member centre. The option to pay the line rental saver does not seem to be available via the Membership centre and when I phoned in the operator was at a loss - could not find an option to pay and said she would log the problem.

Suffice to say I want to pay PLUSnet £197.88 now but am unable to! Roll_eyes

Just keep your fingers crossed,that when your next bill is due you are not charged for line rental.
