Unable to renew Line Rental Saver online

Good afternoon.

My 12-month Line Rental Saver is due to terminate at the end of this month (30/4).  I have not had a reminder to renew it.  I cannot seem to renew it online, if I try to add it to my package I am informed “There's something we should mention... You cannot change your Home Phone product at the moment.“

When I try to add it by going via the ‘Contact us’ route, I’m told “You're already signed up for Line Rental Saver. This will start from your next billing date.”

Are you able to email me a link to do this please?  I do not want to change any of the other parts of my contract as I’m am very happy with them.

You could try this link which is the one included with my last LRS renewal reminder email:

No guarantees but nothing to lose.
