I've been unable to pay my bill for the past two months due to an error on Plusnet's side and now i've been sent an email telling me my account soon will be closed and that my outstanding balance will be passed onto a debt recovery agency. I've rang up numerous times about this issue and have been told it's an error on plusnet's side and that i don't have to worry about extra charges ect...but i have been given an extra charge from the first months failed payment and will no doubt be given another extra charge for this months failed payment.
