Unable to pay my bill

Hi, be been trying to pay my overdue bill online but I keep getting the message saying “sorry we couldn’t find the page you were looking for...” I just want to pay the bill before the 14 days but everytime I try it keeps coming up with that. Any help please?

Yes it's a regular occurrence 😐 hopefully one staff will see this and sort it out

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
