Unable to pay for my line rental saver

On 30 May I received an email from PN reminding me to pay my line rental saver before the end of July & that I should do this via the billing portal on the PN website. However, this shows that my last bill was 2 May 2019 & my bank account shows that I haven't been charged since then.
Could you please advise as to what is happening? Thanks.

thanks for your prompt response. As you admit that there is a problem with your IT system I will wait until it's fixed before I make any payment for a service which I may not receive. I don't want my money to disappear into never never land.
