Unable to pay bill online

I’m not sure if I’m just being incredibly dumb but the usual link on the My Account page to make an online payment seems to be missing. The money was supposed to have come off my card yesterday but it just sent me an email saying I need to update my card information, even though everything is correct and I have money in my account to pay the bill. I’m not sure what to do.

Sorry to see you've experienced problems.

 

The issue here is that we don't store card details, so I'd recommend that you enter new details, preferably via direct debit details for continued authority payments.
