Hi morning, I have been in hospital this last month came out this week, with being unable to transfer funds into my bank account the bill has been missed on my account. I, of course, would like to resolve this however for the past two days I have been trying to pay my bill online and it does not load up?? I have been charged a late fee now and my services have been restricted.
Can you please help me with this and under the circumstances would you be willing to drop the late payment fee?
