Unable to make changes to the account???

I have tried to make some amendments to my phone featues and I have below on my account page?
 
"An error has occurred

You can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed. Please try again later."

 

Any ideas?

My account has had this status for over a year. I've tried several times to get it resolved and had no solution. It's one reason I'm leaving Plusnet

It’s probably easier and quicker to speak directly to the customer options team on 0800 013 2632. Generally very little wait to get through

I'm really sorry to read you've had some trouble with making changes on your online account, I would recommend calling our Customer Options team on 0800 013 2632 and they'll be able to make any changes for you there.
