Unable to login to my account

Using correct username and password (reset just in case) and after two long chats with customer services who think my browsers were out of date and full of cookies (cleared updated and reset) I still can't login to my mobile phone account. I thought PlusNet had good customer service unlike their parent company?? Anyone else suffering.

- Your full address and postcode
- Your full name and if you're the account holder?
