Unable to login to member area

Is anyone else having trouble login into their account?

I have gone through the process of changing my password twice but it is still saying that my password is incorrect Sad

Do you mean the password on here or on your Plusnet account

If the latter be aware that changing the account password means that the router broadband login password will also change so a loss of sync could mean that the whole thing goes adrift until you put in the correct details

on my plusnet account, but it has not affected my broadband.

just tried login in again and it working now, must be gremlins Smiley

I'm not aware of any widespread problems with accessing the member centre at all today. Glad to hear you've managed to get on it now.

I'm having the same issue, unable to login to my Plusnet account. I got 2 e-mails giving different dates for my move to Plusnet. There was a line saying "If you've got any questions, please contact us using the Help Assistant: http://help.plus.net/" so I tried that in the hope of finding out what they mean but it won't let me log in. It offered to let me change my password but the new password page just loops when I try to put in a new one.

I'm wondering if it is due to everyone having to renew their contracts because of the line rental price hike.

Maybe the system cannot handle so many people logging on at once. ( I'm sure I will be corrected on this Smiley )

All I can suggest is trying again at different times of the day.

When my Mum joined the post office broadband she had 2 activation dates,

one for the phone activation and one for the broadband activation.

The broadband was a week later Sad

Most times this can be something as simple as closing your browser down and rebooting it or even clearing your cookies and cache can work or just even using a different web browser can work.
