Is anyone else having trouble login into their account?
I have gone through the process of changing my password twice but it is still saying that my password is incorrect

Do you mean the password on here or on your Plusnet account
If the latter be aware that changing the account password means that the router broadband login password will also change so a loss of sync could mean that the whole thing goes adrift until you put in the correct details

on my plusnet account, but it has not affected my broadband.

I'm wondering if it is due to everyone having to renew their contracts because of the line rental price hike.
Maybe the system cannot handle so many people logging on at once. ( I'm sure I will be corrected on this )
All I can suggest is trying again at different times of the day.

When my Mum joined the post office broadband she had 2 activation dates,
one for the phone activation and one for the broadband activation.
The broadband was a week later

Most times this can be something as simple as closing your browser down and rebooting it or even clearing your cookies and cache can work or just even using a different web browser can work.
