Unable to load the Plusnet website to pay bill

Hi, I've been trying to get onto the Plusnet website to pay my bill for a few days now and for some reason on all my devices I'm just not getting a connection. Either a timeout or server unreachable error is what the devices give.
As I don't have the ability to set up direct debits, I always seem to have small issues when it's time to pay, but this is the first time I outright can't get on the website to pay. All but one other website I've tried appears to be working perfectly fine.
It's confusing. I've even tried web proxy pages and I get the same problem from them, too.

Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear you are having trouble getting onto our online payment page. Looking over the account, everything seems to be up to date. Could you confirm if you are still having these issues?

Yes, it's fine now. I paid my bill through a parent over the phone. Amusing challenge given the absolute lack of tech confidence she has.
Hopefully the Plusnet website doesn't get blocked next month.

Still unable to pay my bill online.
The connection has timed out
The server at failed.billing.plus.net is taking too long to respond.
Seems like a techie has got things the wrong way round - I can browse the internet normally but I'm blocked from viewing the payment page. Surely the payment page should be the only thing that ISN'T blocked?

Next bill is due and again I cannot connect to the main Plusnet website to pay.
