Unable to get to the failed billing splash screen

Hello,
Can someone please remove the restrictions on my account as iam unable to gain access to the splash screen

Hi @bara, thanks for getting in touch.

 

Apologies for the issues you've had with gaining access to the splash screen. We've now removed the restrictions and you should be able to continue to browse as normal

The splash screen has returned can it be removed again as its getting increasingly frustrating
