Unable to contact customer support, as I have left the country

I have been trying to contact via live chat but it hasnt been up for 2 weeks now and I check periodically every day. I have sent fb messages and twitter DMs to cancel my contract for the past 2 weeks, and nobody has gotten in touch. I am unable to call as am out of the country and relocated urgently due to covid. Today I was just charged again. Can I PLEASE get in touch with someone as there is no email contact either...

To cancel Plusnet broadband etc., you need to phone in or write to them. See this webpage:

Note that the phone number given is a unique number for this purpose and not the general Customer Services number. If you look on the downloadable form (see link on page) that includes the address to write to.
Plusnet have never had an email contact address and they will not take instructions re cancellation via these forums.
