Unable to communicate
I have cancelled my Plusnet services. CS are sending me emails asking me to reply to a Question  but I no longer have access. My email reply asking for details was rejected. Can someone at Plusnet send me a message that doesn't need Portal access to answer, or else restore my account access?

I thought this issue got sorted a while ago so that people still had access to their accounts until all final payments had been made or received, and any questions resolved, and then of course people may need a bit of time to make sure any email address changes have been actioned.
