Since November my ex wife has been trying to take over the phone line where she lives and the old contract was in my name but it keeps being blocked. Every time we call we seem to get told different stories about what is going on but all we want to do is for me to close the account and for her to start a new contract with someone.
can anyone at plusnet look into what the dickens is going on! As it is becoming beyond the joke.
my latest bill did not display my phone number but only a number of 00000000 but the line is still active, so who is paying?
