I currently have the below message on my account after trying to add Plusnet Call Protect to my service.
Unable to change service
There's currently an issue with your account, meaning you can't make any changes to your services. Give us a call on 0800 432 0200 and we'll see if we can help.
I also recevied an email to say the below. I didn't request removal?

I'm really sorry to see you're having issues changing your call features.
I can see voicemail and call protect are showing in an awaiting activation state on your account, so I've manually placed an order with our suppliers to activate these, so they should start working within an hour.
I can't fix the state of the features showing in your account as they're stuck in the billing system but that should be sorted soon though due to the weekend it may not be until early next week so I'll check back on Monday.
