Hi,
I have received an email from Plusnet with regards to my direct debit.
There is an issue with getting my direct debit set-up.
I am currently unable to review my direct debit details or change payment method in the member center. This feature is grayed out and cannot click on it.
Can somebody please look into this and advise.
