Unable to change package

I've recently had a link appear at the top of my account page suggesting I can now renew my package and upgrade to a faster connection. Great, and something I'm definitely interested in looking into... However! Clicking the link aparrently I can;t change products at the moment because I have an order which is currently being processed. Not as far as I'm aware - I joined plusnet  about a year ago and that's it. Has anyone got the same problem, or any idea how to solve it?
