Unable to cease broadband

Hi,

I have tried to phone your company three times to cease my broadband contract until this Covid-19 situation is over and I am better able to afford my bill. However, no one is answering and I don't know who to contact to cease the current contract with. Any help would be appreciated.

I have looked into the account and provided the options for the account here.
