Unable to cash a cash back cheque due to lockdown

I received a cash back cheque from PlusNet on 5th Feb 2020 but I have been unable to get back to the U.K. to cash it as I’ve been stuck abroad due to the Coronavirus lockdown, Strictly speaking, the conditions of the cashback cheque state that it must be cashed within two months or the money is lost. As The unprecedented circumstances have prevented me from cashing the cheque, will PlusNet either reissue a cheque at a further date or put £75 of credit into my PlusNet account or bank account. Any help is appreciated.

Hi @Jimheaney1957, thansk for getting in touch and I'm sorry to hear the current climate has you stuck abroad at the moment.
