Unable to access my account from any device

As last month I can't access my account at all from any of my devices. You have again stated that you cannot take payment even though this should not be due for another week. I don't see why I should have to spend an hour on the phone again like last month. Please call me to sort this out.  I am more than frustrated

I'm really sorry to hear about the issues you have encountered. 

 

Please can you confirm if you set up a Direct debit or just added your card details?
