Unable to View Bills or Itemised Phone Calls

For several weeks I have been attempting to view my bills and itemised phone bills. Despite getting a monthly email advising me my bill is ready to view - it isn't. It's even more important this function is performing as it should as I need to urgently check something on my 90yr old mother's account (which I have POA for). When is this going to be fixed? I have cleared cache and tried on different devices too.

Sorry to hear that. Can you please send me Private Message with username of this account and bills you need to review?

I will raise this to our engineers and manually send you invoices in meantime before it will be fixed.
