Hi, Can I please speak to someone regarding the mode of refund? I had previously requested for a refund which your staff has said was posted by cheque, however due to COVID I am unable to return to my apartment and retrieve the cheque and it may be sometime before I can do this. Can the cheque be cancelled and the refund processed electronically through bank transfer instead? Thanks!
