I've tried calling Plusnet but the help lines are down. We scheduled for our Plusnet service to be cancelled in the next few days however our move has been delayed due to the Corona virus situation. We would like to extend our current internet coverage with Plusnet until 20th April. Please can this be sorted as a matter of urgency? We are working from home and this would be jeopardised if we have no internet.
