URGENT Stop taking my money

Hello, as you will be able to see see this account was cancelled as of 3rd Feb.
You took a payment on 17th March of £20.99 for a service I didn't have and you plan to take a further payment on 10th April.
Please do not take the 10th April payment and please return my £20.99 from March immediately.
I understand that you have reduced service but this its not acceptable during these hard times for you to wrongly take my money, every penny counts to me at the moment.
Please action this urgently - before the April payment
 
I tried to ring but got a message saying no one can talk to me and cut off
Tried to email reply to cancellation confirmation email but gut automated reply saying the inbox is not monitored
Online chat not working
How do I get in touch with a person?

I don't agree with that as the refund will be made via direct debit. You can however invoke the direct debit guarantee, which involves ringing your bank within 7 days of your money being taken and asking for your money back. Tedious I know, but if you cancel the DD, you will have to wait for a cheque to be raised and that seems to take forever going by threads on here.
