URGENT: No email/post received for £50 cashback offer, how do I claim this?

Hi,

I signed up for Plusnet unlimited ADSL broadband and the sign up screen listed a £50 cashback offer (see attached) yet I haven't received any emails or anything in the post about how to claim it (yes have checked my email spam folder as well).

I've waited as long as possible for you to finally send the details but it's now so late that if you don't send the details today I fear it will be too late - how can it take so long to send an email/letter out?

Please urgently advise what steps need to be followed to finally get £50 cashback claim details.

Hi, not sure what this reply means, I can't see a 'ticket' anywhere under my profile, no idea where I'm meant to be looking.  Can you provide the update here as well so everything is all in one place, would be easier to track what is happening.

ok thanks everyone, have found it now although this all seems overly complicated to have to bounce between various forums and tickets to see what is happening.
