Two plus net accounts - separate billing issues.

On my own account - linked to my username on the forum I still have an issue with my direct debit failing every month even though funds are available and I had resubmitted the mandate.
On my mother's account that I setup for her she had issues in the first instance with only the BB being migrated from BT and not the phone line (there may have been some issue at BT's ends as it used to be employee BB and was held on a different system). This was then resolved but she is paying the full price when she was meant to have a discount for the first 9 months of service. Happy to fire that username across via PM.

post a ticket number from your mother's account and that will identify it safely
