Two months running there have been serious errors on my bill

Can someone from Plusnet contact me. I'm writing this on behalf of my 93 year old mother. March bill was wrong and she was over charged. I called Plusnet and they said she would be credited in April and essentially have nothing to pay in April, but she has been charged again in April. I need someone from Plusnet to contact me please. Tried calling twice. no use.

I'm sincerely sorry to hear there's been further issues with the billing on your mothers account and by all means I'd be happy to look into this for you and make sure this is corrected moving forwards if you could please drop me a private message with your mothers account username or full address.
