Two months free credit please recognise

I have received a text saying 'we haven't received payment for your monthly service'.

I have been given a two month free credit for April & May due to incomplete service with phone number. The conversation was confirmed I will have two months free & then a confirmation email from a [CSA Removed].

Please can you recognise this & confirm with me, as there will be no more payment to you for two months.
