I requested a change to my broadband product to move to unlimited fibre on an 18 month contract on 16th August 2020. I received a confirmation e-mail almost immediately saying this would change over on 21st August 2020 and confirming the new cost.
However, nothing more has happened since. The service has not changed and I have not received any further information. When I log into my account portal, it says there is a product change in progress but seems to be stuck there.
Can you advise what is happening please and when this will be updated so I can start using fibre?
