Had BB for a couple of weeks now all seems fine. Paid for a year in advance, also paid for installation, even though info said it was free. Carphone Warehouse said that would be refunded if !!!!!!!!!!. Had a look at billing could not make out my billing date/ bank debit date. So not compaining just need to understand for own sake. Also could not make find where the cost of a daytime call is, looks like 10p a min? if that is the case it's cheaper to use my mobile in the daytime

From looking at the order, it suggests that there was no line plant at the time you placed an order with us. This would suggest that the £49.99 is a valid charge, if that is what you are referring to?
Your billing date is the 7th.
A UK daytime call is 8,41p per minute. There's also a setup fee of 13.87p.

that is the charge for initiating the call and the timed charges are additional to it with a minimum 1 minute charge http://www.plus.net/support/phone/home-phone-faq.shtml#callCosts
