Trying to track down a usable contact email address.

Does anyone have a usable email address in order to contact PN with a query. Atm all routes seem to take me to automated services that cut me off or to a phone number that I can't use because of Hearing loss. Having a nightmare. TIA.

@Jeja I have more or less the same problem, I've been deaf since I was 8, almost 37 years to the day since I got my first hearing aid.

I can use the landline phone (I can now, I couldn't up to circa the end of last week) but the signal's not very good.

Unforunately Plusnet do not use email for customer queries.

Apparently they do accept queries via Facebook and Twitter - otherwise your best option is to post your query here - a forum member and/or a staff member can probably help.
